Lorraine
Brady and John Ibbotson set up Ibbotson Brady Solicitors as
a specialist personal injury compensation firm. Their sole aim
is to help accident victims achieve justice and, where possible,
recover proper compensation.
Lorraine and John are both experienced solicitors who first
worked together in 1996, before setting up Ibbotson Brady Solicitors.
In setting up the firm they recognised that victims of accidents
are becoming more aware of their rights, but do not know where
to turn for advice that they can trust.

lot of victims feel uncomfortable in calling one of the many
television claims companies and prefer the reassurance of using
a specialist firm of Solicitors. Victims want clear and simple

a 'production line' service where expert advice and information
about their claim is hard to come by.

Lorraine
worked for 10 years for a large insurance company defending
injury claims, so she knows all of their tricks and tactics.
She then qualified as a Solicitor and switched to advising victims
of accidents, with great success.
John had wide experience of general legal disputes and litigation
before specialising solely in personal injury compensation work
in 1996. This experience helps him to appreciate the technical
side of claims as well as strengthening his negotiation and
tactical skills.
Both Lorraine and John have tremendous experience of bringing
all types of claims, from the smallest accident up to the largest.
